Dr. Nicolás Linares-Orama is the Director of the FILIUS Center on Individuals with Disabilities, School of Health Professions, Medical Sciences Campus, University of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico. He is the pioneer in the area of health and education. He completed 37 science projects with the government projects and published many research articles in the peer reviewed journals.
